   - 日志记录广播成功

3. 在以下 CRUD 操作中添加自动广播（创建/更新/删除后）：
   - RegisterServiceAsync - 服务注册
   - UnregisterServiceAsync - 服务注销
   - CreateRouteAsync - 路由创建
   - AddInstanceAsync - 实例添加
   - RemoveInstanceAsync - 实例删除
   - UpdateInstanceWeightAsync - 权重更新

4. 事件 Payload 格式：
