refactor(migrations): 删除初始数据库迁移及OpenIddict表相关脚本 
- 删除Initial迁移代码及其对应模型建表定义
- 移除相关的SQL迁移脚本，包括Initial和OpenIddict表的创建语句
- 清理所有与Initial迁移和OpenIddict相关的表结构和索引定义
